Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients
12 oz of spaghetti
1 pound of ground meat, I used venison
28 ounce can of tomato puree or pasta sauce
If using pasta sauce, seasonings optional or not necessary
Oregano
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Italian Seasoning
Salt
Red Pepper Flakes
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Directions
Boil pasta till just al dente and drain
Add ground meat to pan and break apart and season with a little salt and cook till brown.
Add half tomato puree and mix, add remaining and season to you to your preference with seasonings above
Spray ceramic baking pan and add pasta and sauce mix. Add a little cheese mix again and smooth out top. Add remaining cheese.
Cover with aluminum foil and either bake immediately at 375 for 20 minutes or keep in refrigerator till ready for dinner. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until warmed through and cheese melts. Broil for 5 to get the cheese a little brown and crispy.
Serve with garlic bread and enjoy!
We have this on rotation at least once a month if not twice in our household! It's quick, it's easy, and you can make it ahead of time!
